Our enroller, Michael Thorn, will be onsite Monday, November 8 to meet with employees in person. He will also be available for virtual and telephone sessions during the open enrollment period.
You can access information about our benefits offerings here. Please review prior to enrolling in your benefits.
Benefits-eligible employees are required to enroll during the open enrollment period via Employee Navigator. You must complete open enrollment if you are waiving coverage or have no changes for the upcoming plan year.
Please update your address in Employee Navigator in order to receive your benefits cards in a timely manner.
