Open enrollment for the 2019-2020 plan year is here! It will begin Monday, October 28 and end Monday, November 4. Please read the IMPORTANT benefits information below.
ONSITE ENROLLMENT:
Due to all of the Halloween activities next week and to personalize your open enrollment experience, we will not have group meetings. An enroller is scheduled onsite Monday, October 28 and Tuesday, October 29 to review our benefits, answer questions and assist you with enrolling in your benefits. Click here to schedule an appointment with the enroller.
You will receive the benefits booklets to review in advance. You can also access an electronic copy here.
Employees are required to enroll during the open enrollment period via Employee Navigator. Everyone must complete open enrollment even if you are waiving coverage or have no changes.
Please update your address. You will receive new medical, dental and vision cards at your home address.
BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS:
Medical: Our plans will remain with Blue Cross Blue Shield this upcoming plan year. Employee rates will remain the same for both plans. Primary, specialist and urgent care copays increased on the PPO plan; however, the emergency room visit copay decreased significantly. The Health Savings Account (HSA) maximum contribution for 2020 increased to $3,550 for individuals and $7,100 if electing family coverage.
Dental: Our dental coverage will be offered by Principal. Principal will provide the same coverage as Guardian but the employee deductions will be lower.
Vision: Principal is providing our vision coverage as well. The coverage will remain the same and the employee premium remains the same.
Voluntary benefits: Long-term disability and voluntary life and AD&D insurance will be provided by Principal. Short-term disability is covered 100% by the Company.
Accident, Critical Illness, Cancer and Whole Life Insurance Plans: Coverage for these plans will be offered by Colonial.
Retirement: Take this time to review your 401(k) elections and beneficiaries. Contact HR for paperwork.

Holly Harris - $75 to $150 for an urgent care or specialist visit is a big jump.
