Retirement Plan Participants:
It is critically important you make certain you have a valid beneficiary election on file for your 401(k) plan with MVP. Even if you have made an election, be certain you verify that it is still what you want your election to be. Also, any time you have a change in your marital status, have an addition to your family, etc., please be certain to update your beneficiaries. You should always elect a primary beneficiary and contingent beneficiary. Note that if you are married, your spouse must be 100% primary beneficiary unless your spouse consents in writing to your election of someone else. Be certain you seek legal counsel if you wish to establish a trust or elect a minor child as your beneficiary.
To access your MVP account, visit https://mvpplanadmin.com/ and select Participant Login. If this is your first time logging in, your user id is your Social Security Number and your password is all of the digits of your birthday.
If you have any questions about the process of electing your beneficiary, please contact our Third Party Administrator, MVP Plan Administrators, Inc. at 1-866-687-6877.
